Whether it be prenuptial or postnuptial agreements, families looking to welcome a child through donor agreements, surrogacy, or other assisted reproductive technology (ART), an interest in exploring parentage rights through judgment of parentage or second-parent adoption, or a desire to figure out wills or estate matters, Expand Law ensures that your specific needs and priorities are considered and provided for every step of the way. Lindsey Rubinstein is also a divorce mediator and provides a safe, confidential, compassionate, and cost-effective space for families to discuss and decide what their lives will look like after restructuring, separation or divorce.
